League Application 2023/2024
League Application Forms must be completed by new and existing clubs using this online form.
One form should be submitted per club by your Club Secretary or by a nominated person in your Club.
Where there is more than one team in an age group then each team must have a team name.
Applications to be submitted to the league no later than the 23rd June 2023. Please make very effort to get your application to the league ASAP.

Managers / Players Details - League Form
This form must be completed by all managers for each team in their age group.
All manager and player details must be submitted to the league via this form to enable the League Age group Secretary to check player registrations on the FA Wholegame System.

CLUB AFFILIATION / PLAYER REGISTRATION ON THE FA WHOLEGAME SYSTEM
All clubs must ensure that the teams they wish to enter into the league have been affliated with Somerset FA. Once affiliated the league can then generate fixtures for the new season.

Player Registration
All players must be registered on the Whole Game system via your clubs Portal. Remember – each team must be registered on the system. This must be completed by the 31st August 2023.
