I, as the Manager, have read the CUP RULES AND THE RESPECT CODES OF CONDUCT FOR CLUB OFFICIALS & COACHES and agree to abide by its content and understand that failing to do so could be severe for the registering club concerned. I confirm that the coaches and volunteers assisting with this age group have also read the appropriate codes of conduct and that they will abide by them.
