Match Postponement Form - 2024/2025
Before you use this form you must first contact your League Age Group Secretary via telephone or message and explain the circumstances why you need to postpone your fixture.
The League Age Group Secretary will then respond with the appropriate action needed.
If a League Age Group Secretary requests more details then please use this form
The form must be sent 3 days prior to any match where a request for a postponement has been made.
Please note - Matches must not be postponed until an Age Group Secretary has given confirmation.
Once confirmation has been received by the Age Group Secretary then:
U11 to U13s - MUST contact the match Official (Referee) and the Opposition Manager by telephone or message.
U14 to U16s - Match Officials MUST NOT be contacted. Match Officials will be contacted by the League Referee Appointment Officer. Contact should be made with the Opposition Manager by telephone or message.

This form must be sent to your age group secretary within 3 Days of the scheduled date of the match. (Please do not message or text). This form must be used.
Matches must not be postponed until an Age Group Secretary has given confirmation.
